• Sexualization of Minors: Depictions of minors in sexualized contexts (e.g., explicit clothing, nudity, or suggestive themes) are prohibited, regardless of format (art, fiction, etc.).

Harmful Behavior Involving Minors:

• Physical or Psychological Abuse: Threats, violence, coercion, manipulation, or exploitation of minors is banned.

• Dangerous Content: Content promoting self-harm, trafficking, neglect, or illegal activities involving minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions on Minors’ Participation

• Account Creation: Minors are not permitted to register, post content, or engage in social interactions on the platform.

• Third-Party Accounts: Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is forbidden.

• Age Fraud: Misrepresenting age to access the platform will lead to immediate suspension.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

• User Reporting: Report violations via the in-app ​“Report Abuse”​ feature or email [Sloda@cdxswx.com].

• Legal Compliance: All credible reports of CSEA or exploitation will be escalated to authorities like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

5. Prohibited Users

• Convicted Offenders: Individuals with prior convictions for crimes against minors (e.g., abuse, trafficking) are permanently banned.

• Background Monitoring: We cooperate with law enforcement to investigate suspicious users and enforce bans.

6. Enforcement & Transparency

• Immediate Action: Violations result in account suspension or deletion. Severe cases trigger legal collaboration.

• Policy Updates: We regularly review and update policies to ensure effectiveness. Enforcement outcomes are disclosed in transparency reports.
