Terms of Purchase

1. Purchases and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing products or services from Sloda, you agree to the following terms:

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly/monthly/annually) until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you explicitly cancel.

Cancellation: To stop renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Access continues until the current period ends.

Price Changes: We may adjust subscription fees. Advance notice (email/app notification) will be provided, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

2. External Service Purchases (Apple/Google)

Third-Party Management: Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play are managed through your respective account. Sloda cannot process refunds or cancellations for these transactions.

Renewal Control: To cancel:
Apple ID: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Select Sloda > Cancel.
Google Play: Open Google Play app > Menu > Subscriptions > Select Sloda > Cancel.

Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (e.g., chargeback) may result in immediate account termination.

3. Internal Purchases (Credit Card/Direct Payment)

Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), you authorize Sloda to charge applicable fees, including taxes.

Billing Errors: We reserve the right to correct billing mistakes, even after payment is processed.

Subscription Cancellation: Cancel via Account Settings > Subscriptions in the app. Unused portions of the billing period are non-refundable.

4. Virtual Items Policy

Non-Refundable Licenses: Virtual items (coins, tokens, premium features) are granted as a revocable, non-transferable license. No ownership is transferred.

Usage Restrictions:
● Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.
● Balances reflect license scope, not real-world value.
Sloda may modify, regulate, or remove virtual items at any time without liability.

Expiry: Licenses terminate if your account is closed or services are discontinued.

5. Refunds and Disputes

General Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds for partial use, except where required by law (e.g., EU, South Korea).

Region-Specific Exceptions:
EU/EEA/UK: Full refund within 14 days of subscription start.
South Korea: 7-day refund window.
Germany: Cancel with 1-month notice post-renewal.

Refund Requests: Contact your payment provider (Apple/Google) directly. For direct payments, email Sloda@cdxswx.com with order details.

6. Account Termination

Violations: Sloda may terminate accounts for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks.

Post-Termination: Virtual items and subscription access are forfeited immediately. No refunds unless legally mandated.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

• Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be settled in courts under the jurisdiction of Sloda’s registered office.

• Updates to these terms will be communicated via app notifications or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
