By using Sloda (the "Service"), including our website, mobile apps, or related products, you acknowledge that:
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• The agreement is between you and Snow Mountain Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "the Company"), not any third-party platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
• You accept the terms of any third-party platforms used to access the Service.
If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.
2. Service Description
Sloda provides a platform for creative content sharing, community interaction, and personalized experiences. Key components include:
• User-Generated Content: Tools to create, upload, and share content.
• Community Engagement: Features to connect with other users.
• Monetization Options: Purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items (if applicable).
• Safety Measures: Tools to report abuse and enforce community guidelines.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Not be prohibited by law from using the Service.
• Not have been convicted of violent crimes, fraud, or other serious offenses.
• Provide accurate registration information and update it as needed.
Immediately delete your account if you no longer meet these criteria.
4. User Responsibilities

You Agree Not To:

• Our Content: All trademarks, logos, and Service-related materials are owned by Snow Mountain Technology Co., Ltd. You may not use them without prior written consent.
You are solely liable for your content and indemnify us against related claims.
6. Purchases & Subscriptions
• Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage payments via your third-party account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play).
• Virtual Items: Non-refundable, non-transferable licenses (e.g., coins, tokens). No real-world value.
• Refunds: Generally not allowed, except where required by law. Contact third-party platforms for refund requests.
7. Account Termination
• By You: Delete your account via Settings. Cancel third-party subscriptions separately.
• By Us: We may terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or harmful behavior. No refunds will be issued.
Terminated accounts lose access to content and features immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Safety from third-party conduct (online/offline).
We disclaim liability for damages arising from Service use, including data loss, personal injury, or third-party actions.
